The signatures are John Robert Beattie (Deputy Governor of the Bank of Canada from 1955 to 1971) and Louis Rasminsky (third Governor of the Bank of Canada from 1961 to 1973). At the time of posting, there are only 93 other BC-37bA's in 66 Exceptional Paper Quality grade, and only 9 in higher grades.
